Are you a Civil or Construction Labourer seeking consistent work? We are hiring reliable team members to assist with a variety of civil infrastructure projects across North and South Brisbane.

This role involves essential support duties on sites, contributing to roadworks, drainage, earthworks, and general site development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting tradespeople and machine operators with various tasks.

  • Trench digging, pipe laying, and basic concrete work (e.g., screeding, formwork assistance).

  • Spotting for heavy machinery and managing traffic/pedestrian control (if licenced).

  • Loading, unloading, and safely moving materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy work site, adhering strictly to WHS standards.

  • Manual handling and general site housekeeping.

What We Are Looking For

Essential:

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to handle physically demanding outdoor work.

  • White Card (Construction Induction) is mandatory for site access.

  • Current Manual Driver's Licence and reliable transport.

  • Experience on civil or large construction sites is highly regarded.

  • Commitment to site safety protocols.

Highly Desirable:

  • Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence, or a strong willingness to attain one (this is highly valued for moving materials between sites).

  • Certifications in Traffic Control/Stop-Slow or Operating Plant/Machinery (e.g., Roller, Excavator tickets).

  • Experience with drainage or road construction.

  • Basic understanding of site plans and safety documentation (SWMS).
